Personality type is an important constituent for enjoying what you do. And it is quite surprising to find that many people do not know about their types. What is more disturbing is the fact that it does not occur to most of them and they do not spare time to figure out about themselves. Let us try to know Extrovert and introvert personalities and their traits.
Extrovert: People having extrovert nature usually channelize their energy outwards which is directed at people or things outside their personal sphere. They have high level energy and are quite talkative. In fact, they are known to think out loud and they tend to think after acting spontaneously. They are most satisfied when there are people around them and they like public roles and responsibilities. Extrovert people like to venture out and are quite enthusiastic about things around them.
Introvert: The energy of introvert people is directed towards themselves only. They are very good listeners and they do more listening than talking. Lots of thoughts go through their minds and they seldom spill those thoughts. Contrary to the extroverts’ they feel comfortable when they are alone and believe in working behind-the-scene. They have great ability to concentrate and pursue a single minded approach in life, that is to say they believe in focusing on one thing at a time, attaining it, and then going for the next one. Introverts’ like to think and contemplate well before acting.
