They are most satisfied when there are people around them and they like public roles and responsibilities. Extrovert people like to venture out and are quite enthusiastic about things around them.

Introvert: The energy of introvert people is directed towards themselves only. They are very good listeners and they do more listening than talking. Lots of thoughts go through their minds and they seldom spill those thoughts. Contrary to the extroverts’ they feel comfortable when they are alone and believe in working behind-the-scene. They have great ability to concentrate and pursue a single minded approach in life, that is to say they believe in focusing on one thing at a time, attaining it, and then going for the next one. Do not just pass days live life full of energy, do not croon about things that you do not have but remain happy about your prized possessions. Someone has very rightly said “Do not think about the moments in your life, but think about life in those moments”. Remember, the more passionate you are about your life the more you will enjoy it.

Develop an attitude of making things happens instead of just waiting for them to happen. This is fast world and if you do not act someone else will and your loss will be his gain. So, avoid any sluggishness and try to act immediately to gain a sense of accomplishment, every time you do.

Try to be graceful in accepting unfavorable things and happenings in your life. You must know that life is not only about food things but you (like everyone) have to face unwanted situations. Learn to embrace bad things in a positive way.

Feel good about things that you have in your life. It is easy to spot people crooning about endless deficiencies in life; you can think from your perspective “Would I like to spend time with this person”?
Try to apply the answer to your life and you will gain a fair idea about the positive effects of being happy with whatever you have achieved.

Develop a sense of humor. Humor is just like sweet in the way that it attracts people just as sweets attract ants.

The aforementioned practices will instill lots of confidence and positivity in you. And once you are positive then you will realize what you have been missing all your life.
