Money seems to be the prime motivation for the career but there are many examples of people getting lured into a career by the moolah, only to find after 5-10 years that they are not actually enjoying their work. So, if money is important then why do people quit high paying jobs? It is because their inherent character was never suitable for the job and hence the desolation. The best way to figure out the career you would enjoy throughout your life is to take a career aptitude test.
